Provoking Thought is a mental health awareness & resilience programme for young people. Using evidence based & quality assured materials to help young people aged 11 to 25 improve their mental health & strengthen their resilience to cope better with everyday life. Encouraging all to explore mental health, emotional well-being, the importance of early intervention, and discover more about the supports available.
