HeadsUP supports care experienced young people and young people from disadvantaged communities through a positive mental health programme, 1-2-1 mentoring and youth leadership.

Duration: 6 weeks
The programmes involves:
- Group work
- One-to one-support
- Wellbeing and mental health support
- Exploring emotional resilience

Where is HeadsUP delivered?
Include Youth’s HeadsUP programme is a regional service for young people ages 13-25 and can be delivered to schools, youth groups and community groups across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland.
The programme also offers free lunch and travel.
As part of the OUR Generation Project, Include Youth will also run shared learning events and bespoke training for key youth workers.
