Mind Matters

Mind Matters: Building Friendships, Resilience, and Personal Growth is a 5-session emotional resilience programme that educates & supports young people (aged 11-25) to explore their thought processes, the impact of positive/negative self-thought, and how to implement critical thinking skills in assessing the information we are receiving.  Mind Matters uses practical steps and strategies through the 5-a-Day approach to emphasise building emotional resilience.

Our Generation

Young People (14-25)

Duration: 5 sessions (1.5-2 hours per session)
