Research has shown that when young people deal with problems they usually don’t go to a youth worker, teacher, or other adults. They turn to their friends first. This can be a lot for their pals to deal with.

Duration: 2 – 4 sessions
- PALS helps young people to develop skills in how to react confidently: Pay Attention, Ask, Listen, Support.
- The programme uses the problem areas such as poor mental health, violence at home or in a relationship, and struggling with one’s sexual orientation or gender identity. Themes: friends, well -being, healthy social connections
