Autism: Belonging & Inclusion in Youthwork Conference.

We are delighted to present a two-day Autism conference for youth workers on 16^th & 17^th January 2022 at The Millennium Forum, Derry/Londonderry.

This conference follows on from a seminar on Community Youth Work and Autism held in June 2022 by The Youth Work Alliance and Dr Breda Friel from Ulster University. Its aim was to discover what the challenges are for youth work and youth workers,

This new conference will bring together key organisations who support the sector including: Ulster University, The Youth Work Alliance, Co-operation Ireland, The Playtrail, North West Youth Services, Education Authority and Donegal Youth Service, part funded by PEACE IV.

Headline speakers include Chris Bonnello, Jude Morrow and Evaleen Whelton as well as a host of practical workshops and exhibit booths.
