safeTALK Training

Action Mental Health are delighted to offer two more community safeTALK sessions on 20th November; one in Foyle and one in east Belfast.

This FREE training is open to anyone aged 18+ who works or volunteers with children, young people or young adults in community or school settings.

These half-day courses aim to equip participants with the ability to recognise signs of suicidal thoughts and connect those at risk with support.
