“In light of the challenging times, which have impacted on our children’s well-being, this programme came along at just the right time for our school. It helped in giving the children and our teachers the tools and techniques to help them cope with anxiety, their individual fears, how to manage stress and their own worries. We believe as a school it is vital will build-up our children to be resilient and the earlier in life that they learn a range of coping strategies the better, as they grow and mature as learners and global citizens of the future.”
